Q&A session
1 hourYour Customer Success Manager
Our CSM team comes from academia — with backgrounds in digital humanities, history, and archival science. They have years of hands-on Transkribus experience and have guided dozens of large-scale institutional projects from kickoff to completion. They know what works for archives, libraries, and research teams because they've been there themselves. Your CSM becomes your strategic partner — helping you design workflows, train models on your specific scripts, and get the most out of every credit.
Quarterly check-ins
Every quarter, your CSM sits down with your team for a progress review. Think of it less as a status meeting and more as a strategy session with someone who genuinely understands your material.
- Review what's been accomplished
- Discuss roadblocks and solutions
- Plan the next phase together
- Share feedback directly with Product Development
Priority support
Organisation plan users get priority across all our support channels — faster response times and direct access to specialists who understand your project.

Radboud University is based in Nijmegen, in the Netherlands. © Radboud UniversityHow Radboud University implemented Transkribus as an institutional service
Radboud University started with a pilot project, distributing credits to a few interested faculty members. After overwhelmingly positive feedback, they made their Transkribus subscription permanent — now serving staff and students across the entire university.
Many users turned out to be very positive, and Transkribus is playing a significant role in a number of projects at our university. After the summer of 2024, we decided to make our Transkribus subscription permanent for our staff and students.
