+ Read our 2017 reports!
If you want to know more detail about the research, services and network building being undertaken by the READ project, our latest reports are now available for your perusal. These ‘deliverables’ set out our milestones and next steps as a condition of our funding from the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 programme.
Those interested in our technology can access in-depth research on Handwritten Text Recognition, Layout Analysis, Document Understanding, Image Enhancement and Writer Identification. There is also information on the new web tools being built by the READ project such as the Transkribus Learn e-learning website and the DocScan mobile app for digitisation on demand.
Have a look at our deliverables.
Or if you would like a quicker catch-up, check out our recent blog post where we gave a recap of the READ project’s progress in 2017. Happy reading 🙂
